Cast no Shadow

Yes, yes, it has been a while since I've posted- though truth be told, this is how it's always been, and there's no more use pointing it out to myself each time I come here. The summer has been slightly captivating; I spent a good two weeks practically biking all day with Kirill and flouting my money at Electronics Boutique, and I've been playing my PS2 non-stop, cometimes at Luke's house, sometimes at mine. Is this sad? I think so. But there isn't much else to do. The only people I would ever dream of actually having social interactions with on a daily basis are either in another city, or even less sociable than myself. I probably should've gotten some more friends...

I'm going to Standford in a week- sounds impressive, ne? Well, I get to spend three weeks in California with a roommate, and all the while I'll be taking classes on "Logic and Problem Solving." I really hope this means it's math-related, because I would kill myself after a day of something resembling consumer education. Anything but that, the heathen subject. Well, hopefully I should enjoy it- without my family and all. *sigh*
