This weekend was exceptional in a way I can actually feel comfortable describing- not the bizarre interest that my friends usually invoke, but rather a more general interest. Ok, so maybe that doesn't make sense, but it's a sort of different thang.

I'm actually typing this paragraph Thursday night, but I started this draft last sunday and forgot about it. I'm obliged to finish what I started though, so I'll briefly narrate. It started with us getting out of school early, and heading off to see the Matrix (somewhat disappointing, but not important) and then settling in my house. I'll say this right now, we had some really strange ideas, like dancing to Michael Jackson. I won't try to explain, but Kirill, Ben, Jerry, and I had a lot of funk going down.

Wednesday was the first rehearsal with the C-U Symphony. The three Berlioz pieces aren't very hard as a whole, so I'm confident about the Saturday performance. Yesterday and today were filled with essay writing, which completely sapped me of energy. Ugh. At least the short term is clear.

I need to get to know some more subbies. I currently know about 2 of them, both of the being asian girls, which says things about the kind of people I meet out of school and the Uni High demographic. Tsk.

I'm not really sure if anyone reads this blog anymore, but whatever. If you read it, congrats, and if you don't, uh...
